We are delighted to be holding a number of food and wine evenings during the year. Our next two events will take place on
Friday 1st march and Friday 26th April, starting at 7pm.
We will be serving a selection of wines from different countries - starting with a sparkling wine on arrival, two whites, three reds and finishing with a dessert wine.
Everich Wines will be hosting the evening and talking through each wine
discussing why it has been chosen to compliment the menu for the evening
Wine and dine for only £34 per person.
Wine, dine and stay for only £165 including the Wine and Dine evening for 2 people and breakfast in the morning.

1st March
Slices of organic home-smoked salmon, lemon and chive panna cotta,
with dressed rocket leaves
Pot-roasted Suffolk chicken breast with truffle creamed potatoes,
steamed greens, with an oyster mushroom and a thyme jus
Caramelised coffee crème brûlée with vanilla cream and a tuille biscuit
26th April
Confit lamb shoulder and mint terrine with pickled carrots
Pan-fried Orford caught cod with gratin potatoes, wilted spinach
and a cockle and herb butter
Chocolate charlotte with passion fruit cream
