Events Calendar

Throughout the year there are many special events within a short distance of The Westleton Crown, including a wealth of arts events ranging from the eclectic Latitude contemporary music and arts festival through to a diverse programme of classical music at Snape Maltings. There are also plenty of quirky fun events for all the family such at the crabbing championships at Walberswick and the Westleton Barrel Fair which takes place in August annually.

The garden is back and better than ever ! Al fresco time again ! The Westleton Crown is proud to welcome you to come and see our new garden and table dining area. This is a fabulous extension to the garden room restaurant and links the two great areas together. As guest Gill Johnson said "This was a lovely feature and now it’s even better!”
Wine and Food evenings Wine and Food Evenings at The Westleton Crown We are delighted to be holding a number of food and wine evenings during the year. Our next event will take place on Friday 2nd March, starting at 7p.m. We will be serving a selection of wines from different countries - starting with a sparkling rosé on arrival, two whites, three reds and finishing with a dessert wine.. We will have a wine expert on hand to talk through each wine discussing why it has been chosen to compliment the menu for the evening. We are serving the following menu for this event: Gravadlax of salmon with celeriac rémoulade * Roast rump of lamb with a cured bacon rosti potato, sauté spinach, roasted root vegetables and a tarragon and baby onion jus or Chive potato gnocchi with sautéed seasonal greens, Puy lentils, pumpkin and sesame seeds and sage butter (v) * Shallow-fried Braeburn apple rice pudding spring roll with a toffee and amaretto ice cream *** Coffee and homemade petit fours £29 per person including the wine and food.
