Learn and lunch – a cooking demonstration with lunch at The Westleton Crown
£22.50 per person, including two course lunch and a cooking demonstration
We are holding three seasonal food inspired cooking demonstration days led by our experienced Head Chef, Robert Mace. It will be an interactive experience with insightful comments and tips from Robert.
Robert will demonstrate how to prepare and cook seasonal dishes that you will then get the chance to taste over a relaxing two course lunch.
On the day:
- Arrive at 10.30am and meet our Head Chef, Robert Mace, for an introductory chat with a welcoming Paddy & Scott’s coffee or Twining’s tea.
- From 11am, Robert will demonstrate how to prepare and cook recipes that he has tried and tested working as a chef in a number of hotels and restaurant in Suffolk.
- You will then have a chance to ask questions and share your ideas. After a short 15-minute break, enjoy a two course lunch in our stylish Garden Room.
Our Learn and Lunch cooking demonstration will be a seasonal affair inspired by the farms around The Westleton Crown and the theme of the day.
