No, we welcome walk-ins and will do our best to find you a table, however we recommend booking to guarantee a table.
Yes, please let us know when you book, and again to your server when you arrive.
Our pub is accessible using the side door next to which the disabled parking can be found. Please note due to the nature of the historic property, not all spaces are accessible. However, we can accommodate you with an accessible table and the disabled toilet is fully accessible. We have one semi-accessible room on the ground floor with a wet room and ramp-up.

Yes, furry friends are welcome in all areas of our pub; however, please let us know so that we can accommodate them. They are also welcome to stay the night in the majority of our rooms at an extra charge of £25.
Yes, all of our pubs have free WIFI; you just have to sign in.
No, unfortunately we don’t have a car charging point.
Yes, we have free parking to the side of our pub.
Guests are able to check into our rooms anytime from 3 pm onwards. Standard check-out time is any time before 11 am.
Yes, you can use a gift voucher against your stay at any of our properties.
Yes, you can request a VAT receipt at the property or give us a call.
Yes, we have rooms that can be twinned upon request.
We try our best to offer early check-in times but please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you plan to arrive before 3 pm. There will also be a potential additional cost, for more information please contact a member of our team. Late check-out options are also available at an additional cost, for more information please contact a member of our team.
No, we don’t offer room service in any of our rooms.
If you book directly with us breakfast is included. However, if you book with a 3rd party this may not be the case. Please check your confirmation email to avoid disappointment.
All our rooms have complimentary Connock England bathroom products to use throughout your stay.
Your loyalty points for your stay will be added to your loyalty account at the end of the stay, upon check-out.
