Our food is hearty, richly flavoured, but not contrived. The head chef sources local, seasonal ingredients to create a varied menu for every time of day and for every type of occasion. Locals and visitors savour memorable meals at The Crown, enjoying the warm hospitality that is at the heart of all we do.

 

Rooted in a passion for our landscape, food and hospitality our menus are farm, sea and plant inspired. Take a sneak peek at our menus to give you a taste of what our kitchen team are conjuring up.

 7.00am - 10.00am Monday to Friday

 7.30am - 10.30am Saturday to Sunday

 Pop in for a catch up over a fry up, or swing by for a breakfast bun and steaming cup of coffee to start your day. 

 

Whether you are staying with us or stopping by, everyone is welcome. You can reserve a table as you would for lunch or dinner by clicking on the button below.

Our About Time loyalty members can enjoy a Sapling Bloody Mary (or Virgin Mary) on us over the weekends with their breakfast.

Our wine menu has been carefully selected to compliment our food and every occasion. From crisp, zesty, fruity whites to smooth, bold, spicy reds. And of course bubbles for a celebration and thirst quenching real ales.

BAR MENU

Our pub bar is always open for drinks throughout the day. Stop by after a dog walk or pop in for a drink while you catch up with friends.

 

If you are feeling peckish, try our Salt & Pepper Squid, Pigs in Blankets with Honey or our Beef Dripping Chips!

 

 No reservations are needed for drinks or to tuck into our snack menu.

Our bar menu is available Monday to Saturday, from 12pm to 8pm.
